This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. RETURN POLICY
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You have notified us within the allowed return window
1.2 Condition of Returned Item
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- Items showing signs of wear or washing will not be accepted
1.3 Proof of Damage
For return approval:
- Photo or video proof of the damaged or defective item must be provided
- Avakidoz reserves the right to reject returns if sufficient proof is not shared
1.4 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for:
- Innerwear
- Socks
- Customized products
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
2. EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT POLICY
2.1 Eligibility
- Exchange or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Exchanges are applicable only for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect product or size delivered
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability
2.2 Exchange & Replacement Process
- Once your request is approved, return the product as instructed
- After the returned item is received and inspected:
- Replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days
- Delivery of the replacement generally takes 3–7 business days
2.3 Delivery Timelines
- Delivery time depends on your location
- Typically, the total time for receiving a replacement is 7–10 business days after the returned item reaches our facility
3. REFUND POLICY
3.1 Refund Approval
Refunds are initiated only after the returned item is:
- Received
- Inspected
- Approved by our quality check team
3.2 Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval
- Amount is credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider
3.3 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Only the product value (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded
3.4 Refund Mode
Refunds will be issued to:
- The original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
- For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI, as requested
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
