Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how customers may cancel orders and under what conditions Avakidoz may accept or reject cancellation requests.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the policy outlined below.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Customers may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

📞 +91 81304 25405 - If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a refund (for prepaid orders).
1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- In such cases, customers may request a return after delivery, as per our Return & Refund Policy.
1.3 COD Orders
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
- Refusing delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION BY AVAKIDOZ
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following situations:
- Product out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product description errors
- Payment not received (for prepaid orders)
- Suspected fraud or high-risk transactions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Unavailability of service in the delivery area
In such cases, customers will be notified, and if payment was made, a full refund will be issued.
3. REFUND FOR CANCELED ORDERS
3.1 Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is successfully canceled (by the customer or Avakidoz):
- Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider
3.2 Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping fees (if any) may not be refundable once the order is dispatched
- Any refund after dispatch will follow the Return & Refund Policy
4. IMPORTANT NOTES
- Avakidoz reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet policy conditions
- Customers must ensure all order details (address, size, product, contact number) are correct before placing the order
- Repeated cancellations or delivery refusals may result in account restrictions
