Q1. What is Avakidoz?

Avakidoz is a kids’ fashion brand offering high-quality, comfortable, and stylish clothing for children aged 0–5 years.

Q2. Where do you operate?

We operate primarily online across India and ship to most serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners.


2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Q3. How do I place an order?

Browse products, select the size, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete payment to confirm your order.

Q4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Debit / Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallet Payments
  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

Q5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once shipped, modification or cancellation is not possible.

Q6. My payment failed. What should I do?

If the amount was deducted but the order didn’t confirm, the payment will be automatically refunded by your bank within 3–7 working days.


3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q7. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Express Delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability.

Q8. How long does it take to process orders?

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Q9. Will I receive tracking information?

  • Yes! Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Q10. What if my order is delayed?

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
    While Avakidoz is not responsible for courier delays, we will assist you in tracking your order.

Q11. Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Q12. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Q13. What conditions must the item meet to be returned?

The item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Q14. What items cannot be returned?

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear
  • Socks
  • Customized items
  • Clearance / final sale items

Q15. When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
The amount reflects in your payment method within 7–10 business days.

Q16. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

Q17. How do I request an exchange?

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Once received and inspected, replacements are shipped within 2–3 business days.

If your child is between sizes, we recommend choosing the next size up.

Q19. Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We strive for accurate representation, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Yes! Our clothing is made from soft, comfortable, and skin-friendly fabrics suitable for kids aged 0–5 years.

No, you can check out as a guest.
However, creating an account helps you track orders and view past purchases.
